DART, a community coalition registered with the state of Missouri with a goal to educate all citizens in Lincoln County about substance Misuse trends that negatively impact our youth within the community and reduce substance abuse in our community.

Our Mission
DART is a community coalition registered with the state of Missouri in 2011. DART was created to ensure that Lincoln County had organized grassroots initiative not only to address and educate the Lincoln County community on current substance issues, but also to ensure we have a team of professionals ready to confront ongoing and future concerns as they arise.
